This activity accompanies Spooky Spooky Halloween Songs for Kids.

Directions: This activity works best during a big event like a Halloween Party. Give three teachers (or students, if your class is big enough) each one of the cards: "Boo", "Poo", and "Moo". Then have them stand in a line. On the count of three, they all say the word of the card they are holding, and the remaining students line up in front of the person they think said, "BOO!" When the answer is revealed, you can reward the students who got it right with a treat, or whatever is appropriate for your event.
